What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare financial statements and internal management reports
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and other departments
• Identify and implement process improvements that support scalability
• Assist in developing accounting policies and internal controls
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA preferred (CPA-eligible also welcome)
• 3+ years of public accounting or public-company experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Proven full-cycle general ledger accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, key formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
